Article 3 – Scope

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts of SOLEA TORONTO.

Before concluding a contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer, or information will be provided on how to access them.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms will be provided in a way that allows them to be stored.

If additional conditions apply to specific products, the most favorable terms for the consumer will prevail.

If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.


Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.
Offers are non-binding and may be modified at any time.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and services.
Images and data are as accurate as possible but not legally binding in case of obvious errors.

Each offer includes:

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.

If concluded electronically, SOLEA TORONTO will confirm receipt immediately.
Until confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the order.

We take appropriate technical measures to ensure secure data transfer.

SOLEA TORONTO may verify the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations.

The consumer will receive:

  • Contact details of SOLEA TORONTO
  • Information about withdrawal rights
  • Warranty and customer service details
  • Order conditions
  • Termination conditions

The contract is subject to product availability.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product.

Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect them.

If exercised, products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

The consumer must notify us within 14 days and return the product within another 14 days.

If not done within the timeframe, the purchase becomes final.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

SOLEA TORONTO will refund payments within 14 days after receiving the return or proof of shipment.


Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene products
  • Digital content already delivered with consent

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices will not increase during the validity period unless required by law (e.g. tax changes).

Prices exclude import duties and taxes.

Typographical errors are not binding.


Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty

SOLEA TORONTO guarantees that products meet the agreement and legal standards.

Defects must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
  • Improper handling
  • Third-party repairs

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered with care.

Delivery time: up to 30 days unless stated otherwise.

If delayed, the consumer may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days.

Risk transfers upon delivery.


Article 12 – Ongoing Contracts

Consumers may terminate ongoing contracts with a maximum notice period of 1 month.

Fixed-term contracts are not automatically renewed unless legally permitted.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within 7 working days.

Payment errors must be reported immediately.

Collection costs may apply in case of non-payment.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovering the issue.

SOLEA TORONTO will respond within 14 days.

Approved complaints will be resolved free of charge.


Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
