RETURN POLICY – SOLEA TORONTO

Important: Please read our return policy carefully.
No exceptions will be made, as you accepted these terms at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
After the 14-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

SOLEA TORONTO always does its best to ensure your satisfaction, but sometimes a return may be necessary.
Below, we clearly explain our return policy.

Return Policy

A return can only be requested after you have physically received the product. Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs and any customs duties.

The return address is located outside the EU. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

You may try on products, but you may not use them.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.

Return Process

Notify us of your return at info@soleatoronto.com within 14 days of receipt.

We will provide you with a return address (the supplier is located in China).

You are responsible for shipping the product back at your own expense, including any customs fees.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Liability

We are not liable for lost packages if tracking information shows that the product was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect address is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
